The Six Symbols of Longevity (Tshering Drukor)
The Six Symbols of Longevity are rock (stability), tree (growth), water (nourishment), crane (freedom), deer (harmony), and old man (survival). They are all closely and mutually connected and represent harmony and abundance. A benevolent old man resides in a fertile mountain valley, sheltered by a fruit-bearing tree and nourished by a flowing river. This idyllic setting provides sustenance and protection for all living creatures.
